Details
This professional video series by internationally acclaimed portrait artist Margaret Carter Baumgaertner covers every aspect of her portrait workshop. Ms. Baumgaertner will take you step-by-step through the creation of a portrait painting. This 12 part video series is broken down into 11 steps to follow to establish a strong, controlled, three dimensional, constructed and accurate representation of the model.
It's an inspirational journey beyond the canvas, where science, history and literature are as important as brush strokes in creating a classic portrait.
