Charcoal Figure Workshop |

|
The Margaret Carter Baumgaertner Atelier teaches a proven step-by-step process of painting a portrait from start to finish. Workshops available include charcoal, sauce, and oil painting (beginner through advanced), plein air (painting outdoors), theory, figure drawing, and mentoring. You can attend one workshop, several, or choose to immerse yourself in drawing and painting in one of the Atelier workshops.
The workshops include lecture and demonstration as well as significant easel time. Employing a teaching method that combines the disciplines of drawing, tonality and color, Baumgaertner's twist on Classical Atelier training is a surprisingly effective workshop experience.
